MYCOSORB A+
Mycosorb A+ Toxin Binder is a broad-spectrum mycotoxin binder formulated to support digestive health and overall performance in horses exposed to mycotoxin contaminated feed and pastures.
A broad-spectrum solution for high risk mycotoxin challenges.
Combining both yeast and algae, Mycosorb A+ tackles mycotoxins as a whole rather than just dealing with individual mycotoxin challenges.
Why Mycosorb A+? Mycotoxins produced by moulds in hay, grain, and pasture can silently compromise your horse's gut integrity, immune function, and performance. In turn, gut health affects hoof health.
Key Benefits:
- Broad-spectrum binding across multiple mycotoxin classes
- Supports healthy gut function and nutrient absorption
- Suitable for horses in work, breeding, and recovery
- Easy to add to daily feed ration
When to Use: Mycotoxins are present year round in Australian pastures not just in stored feed. Pasture grasses and legumes can produce mycotoxins that affect horses grazing at any time of year, with risk increasing during seasonal pasture changes.
Mycosorb A+ is ideal for horses on pasture based diets, as well as those fed hay and hard feeds particularly during wet seasons when mould pressure is elevated.
Directions for Use: 2g per 100kg of bodyweight = 10g for 500kg horse. Up to 4g per 100kg of bodyweight for affected horses.
Available in 500g and 1kg

What is Mycosorb A+ used for?
Mycosorb A+ is a nutritional feed supplement for horses, designed to bind a broad range of mycotoxins that may be present in pasture, hay, grain and prepared feeds.
What are mycotoxins?
Mycotoxins are naturally occurring compounds produced by certain moulds and fungi. They may occur in pasture, hay, grain and other stored or prepared horse feeds.
How does Mycosorb A+ work?
Mycosorb A+ contains selected yeast-derived material, mineral material and algae meal. These ingredients adsorb a broad range of mycotoxins within the digestive tract.
How much Mycosorb A+ should I feed?
Feed 2 g per 100 kg of bodyweight daily. This is equal to 10 g daily for a 500 kg horse.
Can Mycosorb A+ be added to normal horse feed?
Yes. Mix the measured amount thoroughly through the horse’s normal feed. Where the horse receives more than one meal daily, the amount may be divided between feeds.
